Litter robot getting stuck
My litter robot was out of warranty, but they sent me a free sensor replacement kit so I could replace it myself. To have them repair it, you would have to send it in and it would cost almost $200 if you don’t have a warranty anymore. The bummer is that it took a few weeks to receive the sensors so I had to manually scoop the litter robot during that time. ReplyReboot your router. Basically anytime you do anything to the LR3, hit the reset button on the base (not the app). Like if you move the unit, add litter, empty the drawer, etc. it resets the weight, which is a critical part of how the LR3 operates. Also, the next time it gets stuck, pull out the waste drawer and see if it starts cycling again in about 10 seconds. I would take off the bonnet, and lift out the globe, and see if there is anything visible that under it being stuck. You could then also take the base and turn it upside down and shake it out.
