I've gone from an old dining table, to the spacious AND height adjustable Trotten sit stand desk fro...I plan to make a desk setup using a ikea 160x80 trotten table top. I have to drill holes so wanted to know if this is a solid board throughout, or hollow like the linmon series. Also anyone of you having issues with the table bending or needing additional bracing? I ended up switching to another desk my employer provided to me, but I still have the parts of skarsta in the storage. One thing that stopped me from drilling was that, at least with skarsta the table top was hollow inside, so one needs to be super careful with drilling and I'm quite clumsy, so I'd probably just ruin another desk.I put together a 60x30 standing desk for ~$305 by using a titan single motor frame ($285) and a $20 ikea table top.
