Agreed. It's pretty nasty, but I think rotton ghru dagger is the best for low sl pvp. Comes with quickstep and good range, and the innate poison helps you apply some serious pressure. It goes will with carthus rouge. I pull my mailbreaker out for the riposte but otherwise it's still good.
