Masterbuilt gravity series 560 fan not working
I received the Gravity Series 800 as a birthday present weeks ago. It arrived in a beaten up box with plastic wrap holding it together. After opening the box, the parts appeared to be in good shape so I began assembly. Two parts were missing from the box so I submitted a customer service form. The switch that turns off the fan does not work for the grill portion, works somewhat for the bottom of the hopper, and now only somewhat for the top of the hopper.
